If any equipment that we service or provide in the event of "Breakdown" if being the same issue as previously will be remedied i.e. scale issue, low water pressure,non maintenance, malicious damage,unauthorized modification, non genuine spares will not be covered at any circumstances.
Any equipment or products includes consumables that are special order or stock items will be charged/invoiced at 25% stocking fee
Any items/products (Not Consumables) that have failed within the warranty period will be repaired or refurbished items/products will be given in remedy to issues in the event items that have not been taken care of regular or misuse will not be covered under the warranty period.
Faulty items are required to be returned by the client/customer before the remedy of issues are rectified thereafter same applied for refurbished products/items Items/products are returned on customers/client risks.
Clients will have to demonstrate the failure of item
Any aborted calls that are no fault of SSRS will be invoiced in full including none entry,pressure issues,power issues and other related issues there will an additional charge that are attended by SSRS personnel
